How does Rapids work? Can I join part time?
Rapids provides on-demand delivery services by connecting driver partners on mobile and web apps. Drivers and couriers can take orders according to their own schedule. Rapids offers commision plan to full time or part time drivers.
How much can I earn per week with Rapids?
The earning depends on working hour, location, and time period of taking order. Hours of higher demand is from 9:00am to 6:00pm and the districts of higher demand.
What do I have to do during the registration process?
Download Rapids partner app and press “Register” to complete the registration progress. After completing trainning , paying security deposit, and once all document are approved, the account will be verified within 1 working day.
(Required to install at least one sticker for their vehicle.
How many days would it take for me to start earning?
Account will be verified within 1 working day after the training is completed and deposit is placed.
Could I register for Rapids account if I can not speak in fluent English?
Drivers and couriers should call customers to confirm delivery details after picking up order and hence the applicant should be available to communicate in fluent English. Rapids will determine whether to pass the application depends on applicants’ language skills. Please feel free to contact our dpartner department via partner@rapids.app if you have any inquires.
Could I register for Rapids account if I am aged below 18?
Any applicatiant aged below 18 are NOT eligible to be a courier and driver.
Vehicle
My vehicle isn’t listed here. How can I drive for Rapids?
6 vehicle types included light good vehicle(van), small truck, and, big truck motorcycle, car , bicycle are available to join Rapids. You can choose “choose” if you own no vehicle listed above.
I own multiple vehicles. Can I attach them all to my driver profile?
You are allowed to open one more account in Rapids with different vehicles. If you have multiple vehicles, you would need one account per vehicle or you can join as a fleet owner.
Can I deliver with Rapids without owning a vehicle?
Yes, you can join as a “Walker”.
Can I share the same vehicle with my friends with two separate accounts?
No, same vehicle plate or vehicle can only apply for one Rapids account.

Will my documents be safe?
Yes,we do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
Trainning
I have scheduled my training but I am unable to attend. How do I reschedule?
Yes, please re-scheduled the training time in advance via Rapids partner app.
What is the difference between online training and in-person training?
For online training, you will have to get 10 marks within 3 times in 15 questions to get a passing score. It takes around 15- 20 minutes to completed the online training. Experienced tutor will offer in-person training. It takes around 1 hour to complete the in-person training.
Payment
Does Rapids charge any fee to verify the account? If yes, how much?
$500 registration fee includes $400 for deposit and $100 top up to driver e-wallet for delivery person.

Why do I need to make a deposit? Is the deposit money refundable?
Security deposit is to ensure that drivers complete the orders accepted, and delivery items are treated with utmost care.
The deposit is fully refundable upon closure of your Rapids driver account after 3 months.
Once verified, how do I cash out my payments?
After verification, you can cash out the money to your bank account via Rapids partners app. The requested cash out amount will be paid within 14 working days. Remember to enter the correct bank information in Rapids Partner app before you cash out from e-wallet.
